The Max Side IIIA Armor Plate is designed to protect your flanks or your sides. Made from special blend of steel to be lighter than traditional hard armor while still defeating a multitude of threats. Designed to fit most traditional carriers with side plate compatibility. This armor plate is multi-hit rated.
The threats and velocities this plate is rated to defeat are:
.44 Mag 240 gr. @1430fps +/-30fps
.357 Sig 125 gr. @1470fps +/-30fps
12 ga 2 ¾” 1oz. Slug @1600fps +/-30fps
